A classic Ethiopian coffee from the Sidamo region, fascinatingly combining citrus and fruity acidity (lemon, blueberries) with a rich body and dark chocolate sweetness. It is incredibly versatile and will shine in a filter brew that will reveal its complexity, or produce a vibrant and sharp espresso shot. The name "Mezada" was inspired by the important historical and archaeological site in Israel
