Brought to us from the privately owned Worka Chelbessa washing station, in the region of Gebed, Yirgacheffe. This washed coffee is illuminating with bright energy as a result of the traditional “double washing” method that is used prior to drying. The station patterns with SNAP, which brings hundreds of smallholder farmers together to sort, process and export their coffee together.
