About This Coffee

This coffee was grown in the lush, high altitude landscapes of Banko Gotiti, located in the Gedeb woreda of Yirgacheffe. Cultivated by small-holder farmers who tend plots of 1 to 2 hectares at 1950-2100 masl, these farmers maintain traditional ‘coffee gardens’ intercropped with bananas and native shade trees. This district is celebrated for producing some of the best Ethiopian coffees, showcasing the vibrant citrus notes and characteristic florals we look forward to every year
