About This Coffee
About the coffee: This filter roast is for anyone who likes a slightly more classic profile. Delicate fruit notes of yellow stone fruit and grapes are accompanied in the cup by forest honey, vanilla and a creamy, malty sweetness. This roast may be a little quieter on the first sip than others in our range, but with each cup it flatters itself more and more to our favorite coffees - and is also an ideal companion for a gentle start to the day. Eli Chilcon and his family cultivate the 4ha of their farm La Montaña exclusively with the Caturra variety. After harvesting, the cherries are pulped and allowed to rest for 48 hours. After processing in the wet (washed) process, they are dried for approx. 14 days before being taken to the warehouse in Jaén to be sorted, packaged and prepared for onward transport.
