FIRST ROAST SHIPS 12/9! Wilder Lazo hasn't always been in coffee, in fact he was a veterinarian specialized in livestock farming. As the coffee price continued to decline in 2016 and his father fell seriously ill, he decided to move back to the farm with his brothers and take on the new challenge. In the beginning the coffees weren't scoring great even with unique coffee processing techniques. Stepping back, he began to take a look at their soil composition.
