Daniel Muñoz, originally from a sugarcane producer background, brings a unique perspective to coffee cultivation. His finca, Villa Camila, is a place of innovation and a symbol of dedication and lasting relationships. Daniel purchased Villa Camila with the direct purpose of growing high-grade specialty coffee, explicitly committed to Pink Bourbon and Gesha. Cherries are collected every three weeks at peak ripeness, fermented for 76 hours in bags, de-pulped, and dry fermented for another 8 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds for 18 days
