The farm, known as La Reforma, is owned by the Alvarez Family and primarily cultivates the SL28 variety. Situated in the Apaneca Ilamatepec Mountain Range, specifically in Calzontes Arriba, the farm’s harvest season runs from December to February, with an average altitude ranging from 1,300 to 1,450 metres. Processing on the farm follows the natural method, with coffee drying on raised beds for 18 days. The coffee is dry milled at El Borbollon
