We got the funk...There are so many fun, wild coffees out there these days. Co-fermentation, yeast inoculation, and extended carbonic maceration are all becoming very common, and if you know what to look for you can get down with some pretty funky coffees that still taste sweet and clean. Funketype is Archetype's adventure in this genre of coffee, full of crazy, funky fruit, and happy accidents. (If Bob Ross and Tobias Fünke co-produced a coffee this would be it.)
