About This Coffee
Exclusive nano-lot, this Sidra comes from Pitalito, Huila, where Aroma Nativo collaborates with local producers to develop exceptional micro-lots thanks to specialized fermentation expertise. Derived from a cross between Red Bourbon and Typica, this Sidra is cultivated in very limited quantities (only 900 trees on the farm). The lot undergoes a Honey Lactic Fermentation process: an initial anaerobic fermentation in cherry is performed before depulping, followed by a second fermentation in sealed barrels, inoculated with lactic bacteria from a previous Geisha fermentation. This controlled approach intensifies the sweetness, texture, and aromatic depth
