About This Coffee

Coffees grown in West Arsi were previously marketed as Sidamo or Harrar. The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange named West Arsi a special origin for cultivating coffee. Since then, it has become well-known because to participation in worldwide quality contests, such as the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence. Alemu Getaneh has farmed coffee for all of his life. He started processing his own cherries and concentrating on producing higher-end coffee in 2018. He used to sell mill owners natural cherry, either fresh or home-dried. Alemu boosts the value of his product and his overall income from growing coffee by processing his cherries on his farm
