The GUJI region, located in the southern part of Ethiopia, is known for its fertile soil and high-altitude coffee farms. The region produces some of the best coffee beans in the country, with a unique flavor profile influenced by the local terroir. The Buku Sayisa village is located in the WAMENA district, in the GUJI region. The Buku Sayisa washing station, located at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level, is one of the highest coffee processing stations in Ethiopia
