About This Coffee

Giladardo and Edy Rivas are two brothers producing coffee in the high-altitude region of Huehuetenango. They inherited Finca Jardín Natural from their parents following their recent passing. When the brothers took over the farm, they reached out to Caravela to better understand the quality of their coffee and explore opportunities to improve it and sell at higher prices. This particular coffee comes exclusively from the Pacamara trees on their farm and stood out on the cupping table for its high sweetness and bright citrus and floral flavors
