About This Coffee

This coffee offers a subtle sweetness reminiscent of Japanese pear and mandarin, combined with a soft, toasty character similar to hojicha. As it cools, delicate notes of milk chocolate begin to emerge, creating a cup that is smooth, comforting, and easy to enjoy all day long. The coffee was processed at CaféNor, a dry mill located near Santa Ana, El Salvador. CaféNor works closely with small-scale producers, ensuring that even micro-lots are carefully evaluated and fairly priced. By organising coffees into traceable group lots, they maintain both quality and transparency. Powered by renewable energy and operated with sustainability in mind, CaféNor is committed to supporting both the environment and the local community
