Freshly botanical, richly fruity, and with a tad bit of spice, Pimm’s No. 1 reminds me of saturated fruit syrup. Add lemonade, mint, and a bit of strawberry and you’ve just created a Pimm’s cup cocktail. It’s been years since I’ve had this given cocktail, yet when I cupped Calixto Quispe Mullisaca’s full bourbon lot, memories of its fruity and syrupy nature blasted into my CPU. It’s all red fruits all the time with a specific focus on saturated maraschino cherries
