About This Coffee

Carlos Montero is one of the most prolific farmers in Costa Rica. From a young age, he grew up near coffee trees, whether picking up fallen fruit on the ground or helping Don Eli, his father. In high school, he had the opportunity to study in San Diego, California. Since then, he has always had a passion for travel and the people you meet abroad. As an adult, Carlos returned to the United States to work in the restaurant business and save enough money to acquire his farm in Costa Rican soil. Over time and with happy coincidences in life, he acquired the necessary equipment to process his own coffee, allowing him to set up the Micro Beneficio Don Eli
