About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Jura Manor Estate in Mangshi, Dehong prefecture. Mr. Tang introduced an Ethiopian Heirloom varietal to his Little Gardenia farm (26 hectares) at 1600m. The coffee is processed in a traditional washed style: ripest cherries are selected, depulped, soaked for 48 hours, washed, and dried on beds in the sun and shade over 15 days. Mr. Tang produces approximately 200kg of this coffee each year and shares his processing knowledge with 36 neighboring farmers
