About This Coffee

We're proud to showcase our sourced coffee, that (together with the mandatory coffee) made us win the finals of Nordics Best Roaster Competition '25. This coffee is produced by Oliver Cortés on his farm El Triunfo, located in the village of Alto de Urraca in Huila. After selecting this coffee we roasted it with a profile to bring out notes of vanilla and butterscotch. This coffee also gives you a sweet cup with balanced juiciness and a bright acidity like pomelo
