About This Coffee

Earlier this year we met Willem Boot at one of his farms, La Mula. From here we took a 4 hour trek through the hills planted with blossoming coffee trees, learning about his journey and how it's shaped his approach to coffee. On the cupping table these stories translated in to the coffees. They were vibrant, had great structure and flavour clarity. We were able to secure lots from all 3 farms, including this lot, S41, from the revered Finca Sophia
