About This Coffee

Santiago is our annual farm coffee from Brazil, which we currently source as a Community Lot named Monteiro Lobato, mostly from the farms Fazenda Pinheiro, Matao, and Sao Domingos. The coffee farms are located in the São José do Rio Pardo region (near Cerrado Mineiro) in the state of São Paulo, which is renowned for coffee cultivation. This Community Blend represents a high level of commitment to consistent flavor and careful craftsmanship. The coffee cherries are carefully selected based on various factors, including special flavor profiles, bean density, and color matching for consistent quality. Each cup of Monteiro Lobato represents a symphony of flavors and harmony of ecological sustainability and community well-being in the region
