A mix lot of Bourbon and Geisha with a comfortable floral and gentle sweetness. A gorgeous coffee with gentle flavors of pear and lemon. Wonderful coffee with rich sweetness such as brown sugar and honey. Mr. Anastasio and his wife Ines run the Alto San Jose farm in Puno. The couple focuses solely on coffee cultivation, cultivating Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra, and in recent years has planted many Geisha trees with the aim of further improving quality. The 3-hectare property has a washing processing plant and drying pallets, and carefully manages carefully selected harvesting and production processes. In 2023, he also won the COE award, and Mr. Anastasio's coffee is one that you can't take your eyes off of in the future
