Tamiru Tadesse is a coffee supplier working with about 200 farmers in Delo Kebele, Bensa zone of the Sidama region. He collects red cherry and processes anaerobic and natural coffee. This particular lot is from his own washing station, Alo, grown and managed by Tuke, at around 2400m above sea level. It has a unique processing involving fermentation in cherry, depulping, fermentation in mucilage, washing, and drying on raised beds, resulting in a high-quality coffee with sweet peach notes, clean jasmine, and lively acidity
