This mix of a dry-processed lot from Ethiopia and a wet-hulled offering from Sumatra calls back to the original coffee blend, Mocha Java. This year's Ethiopian component is a dry-processed coffee from Ardi. Produced by Biru Bekele in the Oromia region, it lends the blend its rich, deep fruitiness
