About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by Auromar Farm, a project started in 2006 by the Brenes family, who manage the farm, and the Eleta family, who operate the mill. Their mission is to produce exceptional Geisha coffee, support the livelihood and education of farm workers, and minimize environmental impact. Tall avocado trees are planted throughout the farm to provide shade, regulate temperature, and create a stable microclimate. The cup opens with a rich burst of Shine Muscat and nectarine, then evolves into the sweet and tart nuances of cranberry and passion fruit.
