About This Coffee

ETHIOPIAN SIDAMA ARDI Smooth with flavors of milk chocolate and red berry rounding out the cup. We use Samuel Demess from Keffa coffee as an importer of our African coffees. Samuel started Keffa Coffee in 2009. He was born and raised in Agaro, Ethiopia, where he has connections to small producers and mills. The name Ardi was taken from important early human fossils found in Ethiopia. This naturally processed heirloom varietal from the Sidama region of Ethiopia produces a coffee full of flavor and complexities.
