About This Coffee
The Boutique Series features special varieties, unique processing methods, prestigious origin farms, and leaders in sustainability. Raro Nansebo is a remote area in the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia. This lot was processed using a technique called anaerobic natural processing, where the fresh cherries are sorted and then fermented in sealed plastic barrels for 72 hours. This anaerobic fermentation and drying method produces a brew with a full, silky body and intense jammy sweetness
