Ethiopia is the land of bright, sweet and floral coffees which are delicious in filter, but when pulled as espresso all its qualities are magnified strongly, with skill and bravery you end up with an espresso thats like drinking straight lemonade. The smallholder farmers that delivered their cherries to the Banko Gotiti washing station have really delivered in a clean and juicy lot. We found citrus and mango with lovely florals throughout
