Rich fudge and milk chocolate take center stage, backed by tootsie roll sweetness and brownie mix depth. Warm sips bring caramel and cocoa comfort, while a gentle green apple tang and soft malic acidity emerge as it cools. The finish lingers with a clean chocolatey echo and just enough fruit to keep things interesting. This coffee is grown at 1,100 meters in the volcanic loam of San Rafael de San Ramón, Alajuela, and is a blend of Catuai and Caturra varieties
