Grown in the village of Alo, in the heart of the Bensa mountains in the Sidama region, this coffee comes from the main Alo station, perched between 2,400 and 2,550 meters altitude. From a natural process, it is distinguished in the cup by a beautiful sweetness and a fruity profile. There are notes of blackberry and orange zest on the attack, followed by a finish evoking black tea. Delicate and silky, this coffee reveals all its balance both in filter and espresso
