Kamagogo is one of four coffee processing stations operated by the Kiru Farmers’ Cooperative Society, which collectively serves about 3,500 farmers. Located in Kagumoini, Murang’a County, the factory is managed by a dedicated team that handles weighing, grading, payments, and farmer support. Sustainability is a key focus, with soak pits positioned away from water sources and initiatives encouraging tree planting on farms.
