About This Coffee

When sending me samples, our importer described it as a coffee that scores 89 points. I said: “No way”. But we’re trying it and it’s a solid 87, if not 88. I totally agree. The farm is managed by Willy, a young guy we had the opportunity to meet. We’ve already had other beans from his farm at HAYB. These previous lots were called Mahembe. Willy also runs the washing station. This means he doesn’t have to transport his fruit off-farm and thus has control over the entire process, from harvest to shipping
