Shai’an Farmers’ Lot. The SH lot represents the heart of our farmer partnerships in the Village of Shai’an in the Ibb region. Sourced from the skilled Shai’an local farmers, these coffees are grown on small, family-owned plots where generations of knowledge guide every step of cultivation. At JabalBon, we work hand in hand with these farmers, paying well above market prices to reward their dedication and ensure long-term sustainability. Once harvested, the cherries are transported to Jabal Bon processing facilities, where they undergo careful, precise processing to highlight their unique character
