For our first Christmas release of the season we have a coffee from Lost Origin. Franz and his team have created a unique post-harvest processing facility in Panama City where they buy cherry from a variety of farms, drive them in a refrigerated van to the city to begin processing. It is then dried for 28.6 days in custom-built rooms that regulate temperature and humidity
