We are excited to introduce a Pink Bourbon from Panama, sourced by our good friend JV (Jonathan Vaz Matias). This lot was processed as a classic washed that would bring out the terroir and the cultivar characteristics the best. This Pink Bourbon offers incredible brightness with flavors of pink grapefruit, jasmine and passionfruit.
