About This Coffee

Our signature House Blend was created as the hallmark coffee for our original cafe at 71 Irving Place. We selected high grown washed coffees—because they are distinctly clean and snappy—and roasted and blended them to add body, sweetness, and depth. The specific coffees in the blend are selected throughout the year based on availability, in order to maintain the consistent, graceful flavor profile we've come to love in this blend
