About This Coffee
This Costa Rican coffee is imported by Annelise, born in Costa Rica with Dutch roots, who is dedicated to strengthening the connection between farmers and the international market. Grown by the Ramirez-Navarro family in Los Santos (Tablón del Guarco), this Caturra is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety and is prized for its excellent cup quality and productivity. The cherries are kept in oxygen-free containers for four days, then sun-dried for about thirty days. Expect a crazy good coffee, Showing the care and craft of this family-run farm
