Washed Ethiopian filter coffee from Guji’s Okoluu station. Heirloom variety with floral aromatics, bright citrus acidity, and a clean, tea-like finish. The 33 farmers in Okoluu Farmers’ Group cultivate coffee trees at the dizzying altitudes of 2,000 to 2,150 meters above sea level. Farming methods in Guji region remain largely traditional.
