About This Coffee

Finca Terrazas del Pisque is a 38-hectare farm in the Pichincha region of Ecuador. Fifteen hectares are dedicated to specialty coffee, with the remainder home to avocado and citrus trees to preserve biodiversity. The farm favors sustainable agriculture and harvesting at full maturity. Each lot is carefully processed, whether washed, natural, or anaerobic fermented, to reveal the full potential of the fruit. Among the varieties, the Pacamara, resulting from the hybridization between Pacas and Maragogype, is attractive for the size of its beans and the richness of its aromatic profile
