We have something for you! Felix got to know this special variety in El Salvador a few years ago and has been trying to bring it to our roastery ever since. Which wasn't that easy, because high-quality Laurina is firstly (still) rare, secondly difficult to grow and thirdly not particularly productive. But it tastes great and - so to speak, the coffee cherry on top of the whipped cream - is naturally very low in caffeine. So ideal for an afternoon coffee or a particularly gentle start to the day.
