This exceptional coffee, from Ethiopia and signed by Elto Coffee, is processed semi-washed. The cherries are pulped and then dried with part of the mucilage, which gives the cup a subtle balance between the clarity of a washed and the sweetness of a natural. Roasted in omni roast, it reveals all its qualities regardless of the extraction method
