A farm familiar to both our menu and the international coffee community, La Colmena is operated by our dear friend Benjamin Paz and his cousin David Muñoz, two stalwart figures in Santa Bárbara. Their harvest delivers a remarkably clean coffee with notes of watermelon and red currant. This coffee can be purchased as part of our Santa Bárbara Set, which includes three other exceptional Honduran coffees and a copy of Parchment Vol. 003
