And again a new pearl from the house of Lasso in our assortment - a great joy for fans of funky coffee and a true taste explosion on the palate. This time we have chosen a Yellow Papayo, which Nestor has developed together with and exclusively for the team of Cata Exports. The two are connected by a long-standing close cooperation, which is particularly reflected in the development of processing profiles and protocols. The feedback from the roasters (and of course from their customers) goes directly via Cata as an exporter to the producer. In this way, young coffee producers are supported from their beginnings and can develop further with input from customers from all over the world. The example of Nestor Lasso shows this particularly impressively; through diligence, talent and his own style, he has become an absolute star in specialty coffee within a few years, his name is style-defining for an entire category of coffees.
