Produced by Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene under the Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from plots located at 2,200 meters altitude. The cherries, harvested at perfect maturity, undergo a natural anaerobic fermentation of 72 hours in hermetic vats, before a slow drying on African beds
