About This Coffee

Sachertorte or Linzer torte? Opinions differ in the roastery when it comes to this coffee. Where we agree: an almost "floury" mouthfeel and a great sweetness, which together with delicate fruit and nut notes makes the cup a balanced overall picture. On over 1500 m above sea level, the coffee cherries grow more slowly, which means that particularly many fruit sugars (and the corresponding fruit notes, of course) are created in the course of the longer ripening process
