This washed Caturra presents a moderate acidity and great sweetness, with subtle aromas of baked apples. Its more traditional characteristics than the other coffees we have selected make it an easy-to-drink coffee, whichever extraction technique used. Also, it will enable a gentle introduction to specialty coffees, for those who are not familiar with it. After being depulped using machines using recent technologies to limit the amount of water needed to accomplish this operation, this coffee is dried away from direct sunlight for more than 10 days
