This coffee is a traditional natural processed coffee that carries a sweetness and complexity to it. Nice and cosy as a filter or if you're running it through espresso it is super tasty as a milky one. Sourced through the legends at Raw Material, these coffees are from Gisheke in the Nyamasheke District. Gisheke’s geographic location makes it ideal for the processing and drying of naturally processed lots, due to the consistent wind flow between two steep hills towards Lake Kivu, Idjwi Island and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
