This is a Java varietal separation lot from Finca Rosita. Coffee at Finca Rosita is mostly shade grown. The farm is located on the Bolivian Altiplano not far from Lake Titicaca. The plateau is the most extensive high plateau on earth outside of Tibet and a landscape dominated by active volcanoes. The extraordinary terrain creates complexity and bestows uniqueness in the coffee grown here
