This year, we’re delighted to roast coffees from Nelsy Villatoro for the first time and this is our fourth year buying coffee from Rosendo Domingo. The result is a 50/50 blend with notes of grape and chocolate, highlighting the fruity and floral qualities that make the coffees from this region so special
