This is ONIBUS COFFEE's single origin coffee. It is a new origin from Colombia Huila. This coffee is from producer Ferney Cruz, who won an award at the Colombia Washed Coffee Festival held in September 2023 by local trader Fair Field Trading. FFT held a competition focusing on the traditional washed method, with an emphasis on valuing and fairly evaluating producers. You can feel a clean and bright citrus acidity and a syrupy sweetness.
