Finca Deborah Farm is located at an altitude of 1,900m in the Volcan area of Panama and is one of the best Geisha coffee farms in the world. Farm owner Jamason Savage is also known as the first person to introduce the carbonic maceration method used in wine making to coffee processing, opening a new chapter in specialty coffee processing. The Apocalypse lot introduced this time is one of Finca Deborah's experimental processing methods and was created through fermentation using Koji. Through Koji fermentation, you can experience Deborah's terroir, the exotic characteristics of the Geisha variety, and a unique texture all at once.
