This lot symbolizes the culmination of Daterra's long-standing commitment to sustainable agriculture and exceptional coffee production. This batch features the rare Laurina variety, originally from Reunion Islands and also known as Bourbon LC or Bourbon Pointu. Characterized by its distinct tapered bean shape, Laurina is known for having about half the caffeine content of typical Arabica beans, resulting in a delicate and sophisticated flavor profile. The result is a cup with complex sweetness reminiscent of Orange and White Cola, and the smooth texture characteristic of Laurina.
